What is Luckymalls’s return policy?
Most items are eligible for returns (and refunds), except for personal use items such as swimwear, innerwear and jewellery. The items should be unused, intact and in their original packaging (labels, tags, boxes, plastic wrap). Please note, items on ‘final sale’ can’t be returned. If the received item is damaged or doesn’t match the product description, we’re happy to replace it. If we don’t have a replacement in stock, we’ll refund you the full amount, including the shipping charges you paid on its purchase.
Why am I unable to place a return request from the app/website?
Personal use items such as swimwear, innerwear and jewellery, as well as Items on Final Sale are not eligible for returns. The return request can only be placed within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
Can items be returned after the time mentioned in the return policy?
All return requests must be received within 7 days of delivery.
How long will it take me to receive the bank refund of the returned product?
We take 3-5 business days from the date of receipt of the items to process your refund. It is always recommended to check your bank statement. You will also receive SMS confirmation from Lucky malls on your regsitered mobile number. If the order payment was made online then the refund will reflect under the name of "Payu*Lucky malls " in your bank statement. If the order payment was Cash on delivery then refund will reflect under the name of "Lucky malls".
My pincode is not eligible for pick-up. How do I place a return request?
In case your area pincode is not eligible for pick-up, please self-ship the product to us. The product must be unused, unwashed and all the tags must be intact. Please pack the product with the order invoice and tax invoice in the return packet. In the absence of the invoice, please mention the order number and your phone number on a piece of paper along with the package. Please send the package to the following address:

We’ll provide a refund for the shipping cost incurred by you. Please email the courier receipt with your order number to info@luckymallskart.com with the subject line “Reimburse courier charges”.
How do I get a replacement for an item I ordered?
For replacement of an delivered item, you are requested to place an new order. Simulatniously please place a return request for the original product/s and take refund back to your bank account. Post pick up completed refund will be provided within 5-7 working days.

Why did the pick-up of my product fail?
We make three attempts to pick up the item. If the item is not picked up on the third attempt, the pick-up request is marked as failed. If your pickup does not happen for more than 48 working hours from the first pickup date requested by you, please email your order number to info@luckymallskart.com with the subject line “Items not picked up”.
